CNG in Agra

Time taken - 4.30 hrs

Now, as per the information on internet, I had to go inside Agra to refill CNG and come back to Kuberpur to continue my journey. This could have easily wasted 1 hour and some 30-35 kms.

But there was a pleasant surprise for me. I came to know that a new CNG station has come up just few weeks ago on NH-2. This place is known as 'Raja ka Taal', just before Firozabad.

I found the Pressure was between 200-220 (bars). The station incharge informed that the pressure here usually remains above 200 bars.

  • Road condition

As I have already mention, NH-2 is one the best highways in India. I experienced this highway in my long ride from Asansol to Delhi in May 2012. I managed to cover a stretch of 800 kms in one day on a 150cc bike at that time just because of the awesome road quality with less traffic.

Although there are some bottlenecks like Ferozabad, Shikohabad and small towns where I had to reduce speed, otherwise most of the time car was cruising around 100kmph. I reached Kanpur in evening at 18.00 hrs with few breaks.
